Next event: Voices Now Cultural Olympiad 4th March 2012
As part of the BBC Music Nation countdown event to the Olympics, this lovely big church will burst into life as we perform Carl Orff's iconic Carmina Burana.
About 65 of us will be joined by 30 young singers and a wind, brass and percussion orchestra of 30 from Merton Music Foundation, plus two pianos. We will also have dramatic lighting effects, and projected artwork from pupils of Links, Merton Abbey and Singlegate primary schools, facilitated by artist Sally Booth.
Doors open at 18:45.
Performance time is about 90 minutes.
Refreshments will be available before and afterwards.
The event will be attended by the Mayor of Merton, Councillor Gilli Lewis-Lavender, the Mayor's Consort, Mr Brian Lewis-Lavender and Ms Siobhan McDonagh, MP.

Our concessions policy: Children under 18 are concession rate; for everyone else it is based on the ability to pay, rather than an entitlement (such as being retired or a student).

Otherwise, buying full price tickets will help us cover the huge cost of this major production.
